Norfolk County Council Adult Social Services - 0344 800 8020 – this number is open 24 hours a day. If you need help with your care or need to report an adult or child at risk of harm, you can contact Norfolk County Council Adult Social Services by phone 24 hours a day.

You should find something to help you, whether you want to: keep healthy, be sociable, physically active, mentally active, raise your aspirations for educational achievement, help your community, stay independent, feel included, get involved, improve your well-being, stay safe, find suitable care and support, find help to look after your children, or get family support. We also provide information which supports the Local Offer, Care Act and Childcare Act.

 

Norfolk Swift Response Team - Call Norfolk Swift Response on 0344 800 8020 and select option 1Norfolk Swift Response is a free 24-hour service you can call if you have an urgent, unplanned need at home but don’t need the emergency services. If, for example, your partner or carer is suddenly admitted to hospital, the Swift Response team can assist you with getting up, washing and dressing. They can also help if you have a fall but are not seriously injured and can bring special lifting equipment to help make moving as safe as possible for you.
