Outreach

Would you like a visit in the comfort of your own home? Outreach Workers can spend time with you, offering social engagement and stimulation as well as assistance with light household tasks such as helping you (or your loved one) to make a drink or light meal, tidying up or making appointments. Meal Delivery

Don't fancy cooking for yourself? Our hot meal delivery service operates five days a week, delivering freshly prepared two course meals, hot and ready to eat

Shopping

Need a bit of help with your grocery shopping? Our minibus and driver collect you from your door and take you to the supermarket to do your shopping, before dropping you home again. Click here for more information.

Minibus Transport

Utilise our specially adapted, wheelchair accessible minibus to and from the Day Centre. An escort is on hand to offer assistance on your journey and we can collect from Attleborough and surrounding villages.
