Our fees explained

 

Places at the Centre can be funded on a private basis or you may be eligible for your place to be funded by Social Services*. If you would like more information or help to find out whether you may be eligible for an assessment for funding, please contact the Day Centre Manager on 01953 454613. (*Alternatively, if you would like to explore whether you or your loved one is eligible for a personal budget, call Adult Social Services direct on 0344 800 8020 to request an assessment).

 

Fees*

 

Two course lunch (for day care attendees) £ 5.00

 

Two course lunch (if you do not attend day care) £ 5.50

(There is a small delivery charge depending on location)

 

Sainsbury's shopping service (local) £ 3.00

 

Day care (We assess each person on an individual basis and charge according to the level of support identified).

 

High Rate:     Full day - £90.46       Half day - £45.22

 

Low Rate:      Full day - £62.66       Half day - £31.34

 

High Dependency Rate:    Full day - £114.10    Half day - £57.06

 

Mini-bus transport to and from the Centre per return journey (calculated on distance from the Centre):-

 

Band 1 (up to 1 mile)   £12.54

Band 2 (1-3 miles)       £18.80

Band 3 (3-5 miles)       £23.50

Band 4 (5-7 miles)       £28.21

Requests for transport over 7 miles from the centre will be calculated on an individual basis.

Transport is subject to availability.
