Meal Delivery Service

Order a two course lunch from us up to five days per week Monday – Friday for £5.50 per day and we will deliver it hot to your door (with a small charge for delivery).  We can also cater for special diets.  For more information, please contact our office.

Shopping service

For a small charge, our mini-bus can pick you up from your home and drop you at Sainburys to do your shopping, then drop you home again (currently available in Attleborough each Friday subject to demand).


 Outreach Befriending service

We offer a befriending service to help combat loneliness and promote the well-being of older people living in and around Attleborough. Our befrienders visit people in their homes to provide companionship, chat and play games (e.g. scrabble, cards etc.). Perhaps you know an older person who might benefit from this service.

Dementia Café- CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

​The Dementia Cafe is currently suspended.  If you would like to register your interest and be contacted when the service resumes, please contact the office on the number below where we can take your details.

In order to run the Dementia Cafe, we rely on a team of volunteers.  If you are interested in volunteering and helping out with activities and providing support please do contact the office for further details.  Please note, Dementia Cafe usually runs on a Friday.  Training is available to all volunteers.
